Description of Service

Seedance 2.5 AI is an independent platform that lets you generate video from text and image inputs using AI. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to ByteDance or any model provider. We provide the interface and tools; you bring the ideas and inputs.

License & Access

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Service for your personal or business purposes, subject to these Terms. You may not resell, sublicense, or exploit the Service beyond what these Terms allow.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• •infringe the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of anyone;
• •create harmful, deceptive, hateful, harassing, or sexually exploitative content;
• •generate content that impersonates real people without consent or spreads misinformation;

We may suspend or remove access if you violate these rules.

User Content & Ownership

You keep ownership of the images, text, and other content you upload. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process that content solely to provide the Service to you. As between you and us, you own the rights to the video output you generate, subject to your compliance with these Terms and applicable law. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any content you upload.

Intellectual Property

The Service itself — including our software, design, trademarks, logos, and branding — belongs to us and is protected by applicable laws. These Terms do not transfer any of our intellectual property to you.

Payment & Subscription

If paid features are offered, applicable fees, billing cycles, and any refund terms will be presented to you at the point of purchase. Where the Service is offered free of charge, no payment is required. You are responsible for any taxes that apply to your purchase.

Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. AI-generated output is not guaranteed to be accurate, original, fit for any particular purpose, or free of third-party rights, and you are responsible for reviewing output before relying on or publishing it.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us (if any) in the 12 months before the claim.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that creates risk for us or others. You may stop using the Service at any time.

Governing Law & Changes

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the operator's place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest version.
