Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 25, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Seedance 2.5 AI ("we", "us", "our") handles your information when you use our website at seedance2-5ai.net. We are committed to protecting your privacy and being transparent about what we collect and why. For any privacy question, you can reach the operator of Seedance 2.5 AI at [email protected].
Information We Collect
- Information you provide. When you contact us or use the service, you may give us your email address, the text prompts you write, and any images, video, or audio you upload as references.
- Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we may collect basic technical data such as your browser type, device, approximate location, and how you interact with the site, through cookies and analytics.
- Payment information. If you make a purchase, your payment is handled by our third-party payment processor. We do not see or store your full card number.
How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- provide the AI video generation service and process your requests;
- respond to your messages and support requests;
- maintain, secure, and improve the website;
- comply with legal obligations.
Where the law requires a legal basis (for example under GDPR), we rely on your consent, the performance of our service to you, and our legitimate interest in operating and improving the platform.
AI Content Processing
We want to be clear about how your creative content is handled:
- Your uploaded images, prompts, and reference files are processed only to generate your video.
- Uploaded content and prompts are automatically deleted within one hour — we do not store them permanently.
- Your content is never used to train AI models.
- We do not perform human review of your content, except where strictly required by law.
- Each session is isolated, so your content is not shared with other users.
Third-Party Services
We rely on a small number of trusted providers to operate:
- AI processing providers that power video generation.
- Stripe for payment processing — Stripe handles card data directly, and we never touch your card number.
- Google Analytics (or a similar analytics tool) to understand site usage in aggregate.
Each provider processes data under its own privacy terms and only to the extent needed to deliver its function.
Cookies & Tracking
We use cookies that are necessary for the site to work, plus optional analytics cookies that help us understand usage. You can disable non-essential cookies through your browser settings or our cookie controls where available. We do not use cookies to build advertising profiles of you.
Data Security & Retention
We protect data in transit using HTTPS encryption and apply reasonable safeguards against unauthorized access. We keep information only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected: uploaded creative content is deleted within one hour, and contact correspondence is kept only as long as needed to assist you and meet legal requirements.
Your Rights
If you are in the EU/EEA or UK (GDPR), you have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you;
- correct inaccurate data;
- request deletion of your data;
- request a portable copy of your data;
- withdraw consent at any time;
- lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
If you are a California resident (CCPA/CPRA), you have the right to:
- know what personal information we collect and the purpose;
- request deletion of your personal information;
- opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information — note that we do not sell your personal information.
To exercise any right, email us at [email protected]. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. We respond to GDPR requests within 30 days and to CCPA requests within 45 days.
